Take control of your
wireless hearing aids

If you have a wireless ReSound hearing aid, you can use the
ReSound Control™ app to adjust volume, change hearing-aid programs and control your other streaming devices such as the ReSound TV Streamer 2. All without touching – and drawing attention to – your hearing aid.

The ReSound Smart 3D app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. The ReSound Control app works with older model hearing aids such as Enya, Verso, and Alera. Newer models are compatible with the Control app along with the ReSound Smart app or ReSound Smart 3D app. Still Unsure: If you're unsure whether a hearing aid is right for you, you can try various styles and sounds settings in the hearing clinic.

Hearing-aid volume control

  1. I have Resound hearing aids. I connected them to my iphone 6 plus. I'm unable to connect them to theResound Smart 3D app which I've downloaded. The app instructions are clear for connection to the app: Go to Accessibility-hearing aids-reboot hearing aids-choose hearing aids-tap 'pair' in the dialogue box.

Easily adjust the volume by swiping up or down across the volume bars. Sitting next to someone? You can also adjust the
volume of each hearing aid independently for greater listening comfort.

Remote control of streamers

When you activate your ReSound TV Streamer 2 or Micro Mic and Multi Mic, you can balance its volume with the volume of the sounds around you.

Change hearing-aid program

You can select hearing aid programs and activate streaming devices with ease. And you can even rename your favorite programs.

Check connections

If you lose a connection, check the Link screen. The broken connection shows red, and tapping on the exclamation mark will tell you how to get it back online.
