Hi, Having done a broadband speed test on my NC6320 with a Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG card and my Netgear router, found my speed to be alot slower. The router download speed is 3.072Mbps and laptop is 0.78Mbps. My son who also has a HP with a Intel 2200 his test shows to be 2.03Mbps. I have an old Acer Aspire 5920 (32-bit) laptop with an Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG adapter. I just forced it to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I noticed straight away that the wireless was not working. Download Network: Intel Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection Driver Version A08 for Windows to net driver. Since the Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection is not supported by Microsoft Windows. 10, we would not expect it to work properly. Intel does not provide drivers for this configuration, and we are not aware of possible workarounds.

Using the Windows 10 supplied driver for the Intel Pro 3945ABG wireless card on my Dell laptop, often results in an inability to connect after a start or restart. When this happens, I disable the network card via Device Manager and then re-enable the network card. After that, the device connects and functions correctly. Device: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG WiFi adapter. Issue: The Windows 10 built-in (or Windows update deliveder) driver for the Intel WLAN-adapter is not functioning. Wireless adapter is visible, but it can't make any connections, neither to 2.4GHz frequencies nor 5GHz. Solution: Old Intel WiFi driver version 11.5.1.8 works fine in Windows 10.
